Terms & conditions.

Each piece is set with a natural gemstone from Sri Lanka. Natural stones vary in colour, inclusions and size, so your piece may differ slightly from the photographs; we describe each stone as accurately as we can.

Every piece ships with a certificate of authenticity issued by Ceylon Gem Testing Laboratory, confirming the gemstone's identity and natural origin. Gemstone treatments, such as heating, are disclosed on the product page where applicable.

Our silver is 925 sterling silver. Pieces sold in the UK are hallmarked where required under applicable UK regulations.

Please review your chosen piece, size and delivery details before placing an order. We will send an email acknowledging receipt of your order. A contract is formed when we send a separate order acceptance email, following successful payment.

Before you order, please check:

• Your selected gemstone and jewellery size.
• Your delivery address and contact details.
• The order total and delivery information.

We may decline an order, for example, if a piece is no longer available or if we are unable to process the payment. If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. The total payable, including any delivery charges, is shown before you complete your order.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to availability at checkout. We never see or store your full card details; payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

Orders to the EU: Prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (£). Import VAT, customs duties and other applicable import charges may be payable by the customer upon delivery, depending on the destination country and the applicable import rules.

We dispatch all orders from Sri Lanka using insured and tracked international delivery services. Delivery destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided on our Delivery page.

Once your parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the item transfers to you.

If your parcel is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider and assist you in resolving the issue.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your piece, without giving a reason, where applicable consumer protection laws provide this right. Our Returns page explains how to exercise this right and includes a model cancellation form you can use.

This cancellation right does not apply to jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom-designed pieces or jewellery resized at your request, where applicable law permits this exclusion. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Where possible, please include photographs to help us understand the problem.

You have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. For eligible purchases in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides remedies that may include a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods, along with further rights and remedies where applicable. Consumers in the EU may also benefit from a legal guarantee of at least two years under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

If you are a consumer living in the UK or the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove any rights you may have to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
