We ship worldwide from our atelier in Piliyandala, Sri Lanka. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

✦ Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
✦ Standard international delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.
✦ Every order is tracked, and a confirmation email with tracking details is sent once it ships.
✦ Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gemstone jewelry. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

✦ Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
✦ To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
✦ Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
✦ Bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
